Her AoE attacks have [Fastest] priority, so she can assure no fate for those who are speedy. In addition, her base elemental blast ignores any defensive buffs, so enemies can feel the full fire of her arrows.
In a Step-Up gacha, you get can get discounted 10 pulls, bonus items, and guaranteed pulls depending on what step you’re on. You start at Step 1, and move up steps when you pull from the gacha. Once you reach Step 5, you’ll be moved to the next round’s Step 1.
In this Gacha, you’re guaranteed to pull Lulutemia on Round 1 and 2’s Step 5.

Leader of the Liberation Army, Messala, returns with glory in his new EX form! He can make his actions be [Super Fastest] the next turn and his Elemental Blast deals extra damage to Enemies with a Status Effect.

Once you reach Step 5, you’ll be moved to the next round’s Step 1. In addition, for a limited time, having Messala [EX] in a Brigade Battle will gain you more Brigade Coins.
