I heard that it will only be out the beginning of November. There is a PSP version of Phantasy Star Universe that continues on where the PS2 Phantasy Star Universe: Ambition of the Illuminus left off. I do however prefer the Anime cutscenes that you get with this DS version of Star Ocean.

I guess they “announced” it officially, but pretty much every retailer listed November 10th as the release date 3 months ago, this includes, amazon, gamestop, and including Nintendo who officially displayed their own release date list.
At the time of this writing, the UK release still stands for February 26, 2010 or February 27, 2010, as those were the only two dates I could find by checking out UK retailers. From Amazon.co.uk and Play.com. I will check monthly for any changes.
