Hyuga Ryght Returns in Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity
Hyuga Ryght voiced by Akira Ishida.
Hyuga Ryght Returns
Hyuga Ryght now returns officially in Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity. He is the president of the GRM company. He was originally a human but was then transformed into a Duman since half a year ago. His sword skills are amazing!
Hyuga Ryght: Duman, 21 years old…
When you start a new game, you can create a character. Choose the race, sex, hairstyle, figure, voice, etc, that you want! You can use the same character in each mode!
Trade characters with Friend Search!
There’s three modes you can play! Story Mode, Multimode, and Internet Multimode. With Multimode you can go on missions with up to four players with an Ad-hoc connection. With Internet Multimode, you can connect online and play with others all across Japan!
With Friend Search, you can send your character to other people. They will receive your character’s data and can play with your character in missions.
Head to the city and purchase items, access your room, and participate in missions. You can change your battle type, access your ship, and change your character’s look.
Go out on a mission and experience new monsters and locales!
Nagisa, Emilia, and Rapico joins you on a mission.

Additional Comments
Some inconsistency with the Shonen Jump scan.
So now Hyuga is 21 years old…
Infinity Missions allows one to see a large variety of enemies (and drops..)
Oh lordy controversial stuff ahead.
- Sakai asked if he should increase the strength of the Nanoblast. Suganuma said to do it.
- Regarding this, Sakai and Lightning Suganuma read various comments and try to let the users feel close to the game.
Terada won’t just accept everything so easily, but will choose concepts that would make sense in the game. - Infinity Missions shall make those who spend little time with the game, see a variety of enemies and items, due to it’s random nature.
- Not only the sword, but the rod’s swing speed has increased as well.
Cross those swords!
Hiii! Gurhal Channel 5 GOSSIP SHOW! PICKUP! Today Terada had a guest spot on the Infinity Net Radio. In Terada’s usual fashion of spoiling things…
- We’ll find out the reason why Humans turned into Dumans. This is very integral to the story.
- Emilia and Shizuru will have dialogue together.
- Collaboration with Twin Angel. (Terada likes this)
- Wynarl and Hentai?? What? Well a perverted private scene involving Wynarl in some way..
- Episode 2 will have 3 endings. (Could be like the normal, good, and true endings… Something along those lines. )
- Dragon Sakai’s race is an “Idol”
- There’s a possibility an announcement of the demo sometime after the end of Jump Festa in December.

…..O AO!
Even more better that he’s 21. I wish to bed him….HARD.
He is now my PSP background. And the rapier looks nifty, I would love to use that for Ami.

Yeah, it was mentioned on this blog a little while back. Let me see if I can find the exact post for you.

Yeah, that was exactly it. I was looking all over for a pic in the post that I skipped right over it. I forgot that it linked to the twitter Rapico.

He looked less weird on PSU, but thats just my personal opinion i guess.
Well anyways i never really cared much about Hyuga anyways, to me he was just an annoying rich kid that thinks he knows everything.

Heh. So my math was right. PSP2 being 4 years after PSU, I knew Hyuga couldn’t be only 20.
That aside.
*SQUEAL!* If he ends up being an antagonist, I will melt, I tell you, MELT.

PSPo2i Ep2 is set one year after PSPo2 (aka PSPo2i Ep1) which is set 3 years after PSU Ep 3 (aka PSU:AotI Online). Supposedly he was 17 in PSU Ep 1 (PSU Story Mode {offline-only}). This means that all the even in Episodes 1 through 3 (including PSPo1′s Episode 1.5ish) happened in a few months.
Really Sega? WTF…? >_>;;;

Yeah. Sega’s math kind of makes my head spin too. I’ve long since given up rationalizing it; I just use the timeline that’s been officially set. Which, as far as I’ve ever seen, is Episode 1 > PSP > Episode 2 > Episode 3 > PSP2.
…It does kind of make you wonder how everything in episodes 2 and 3 took so little time, considering PSP is supposed to be a year after Episode 1.

Oh wow! A demo already? Can’t wait until that is announced. I’m getting all stoked about getting Infinity after all the changes/additions that have been done.

A demo? that’s great, but I’m wondering if they will actually release the JP verion at the same time as US/EU version. It would be a miracle if that happened. But I sure wouldn’t complain if it did.=P

My favorite points out of this:
1. Stronger Nanoblasts
YAY, NOW NANOBLASTS MIGHT ACTUALLY BE SOMEWHAT USEFUL AT HIGHER LEVELS ^_^
2. Faster swinging speed for Swords/Rods
Cool.

Oh, sweet. That mini-scan says “The hero’s rival makes his debut with magnificence!”
I’m pretty sure Hyuga will at least end up being a temporary antagonist, at this rate.
I should not be so happy about this.
November 21st, 2010 at 1:22 am
Well, if it calls him “The hero’s rival”, it’s likely refering to Ethan.

Probably, but all things considered, he’s really leaning towards ‘antagonist’ – even if it refers to Ethan.

@temprus really!? no way oh mmgaawd ._. “never a dull moment eh?”
