Heathcliff Flowen of Phantasy Star Online Episode 2 now makes an appearance as a character in Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity. Deputy Commander Flowen, known as the “white mustached hero”, was the adoptive father of Alicia Baz and taught the legendary Red Ring Rico.

Reports of his death were received before Pioneer 2 arrived at Ragol. But it is very probably these reports were a forgery by someone else…

I hope that the Rico and Flowen appearances are kept to memory only, like the game telling what happend to them during PSO’s storyline in detail rather than them making physical appearances/interactions with the infinity cast.

I have a crazy feeling we’ll be helping Rico on her way to becoming dark falz. But as for Flowen, I have no idea why he’s there.

I agree with TierrenZX. ever since PSU:AOI they been heading back to PSO. guess they went overboard with PSU and now using PSO to bail them out of a crazy story line. just hope they don’t pull ” my hand is possessed ” story line. AHEM METAL GEAR SERIES

sorry but I like the path they are going to
it kind of brings light into the whole PSO-PSU
and more missions not only that PSO2 is coming out
meaning it’s just a way to have fan get ready for PSO2

To clear up some confusion, the game servers are online but nobody outside of Sega can connect to them. Most likely they are doing internal testing. The OBT dates have not been announced yet.
