jay shadows RPG PSU phantasy star universe mmorpg games game fun conspiracy There are a lot of plot points in Shadow Conspiracy Act 2, but before you can read about them, you have to put up with a very weird mission. Its not that hard to figure out but once in a while it trips you up with it’s instructions telling you to use the goggles to find the survivors.

You see, you’re doing the right thing using the goggles through the rubble, but you’re supposed to fight the enemies in the areas first. Here’s the map with the locations of each survivor. The red circles with numbers will show you which survivor you should rescue and their placement on the map. Follow the guide carefully as it will tell you to either head over to a certain survivor’s direction, or rescue the survivor by destroying the rubble.

The Key to this mission is making the area safe for the Survivors.

The first thing you must do is destroy the box in front of you! The enemies will spawn and you must defeat all of them in the room. After the monsters stop spawning, head to the north of the map and use  your goggles to destroy the rubble with the green orb in front of you. It should be the right most rubble.

Monsters will spawn behind you so defeat them to continue. After both these sections are clear, you can use your goggles on the annoying beeping sound and rescue survivor #6. Use the key to open the door at the gate and continue onwards…

Use Your Goggles to Find the Survivors beeping your pager!

You next move onto survivor #5, use your goggles to destroy the rubble. Head down the stairs, enemies will spawn, so defeat them as quick as possible. You may now rescue survivor #3. As soon as you rescue #3, head towards the north of the map to collect the gate key. You will need to destroy some rubble first before obtaining the key. Run back up the stairs and head over to survivor #4.  Open the door, and behind it you can rescue survivor #4 after destroying the rubble.

Head over to survivor #2‘s direction by walking down the lower path to the south of the map  then head upstairs. Rescue survivor #2 and continue  towards the north of the map that has the open green door. After you defeat all enemies in this room a key will appear. Head towards survivor #1′s direction and open the locked red door.

Fight the enemies in  survivor #1′s room. After everything is clear you can use the goggles on survivor #1 and now you completed the mission under the time limit! Congrats you have completed Chapter 4: Act 2!

This mission is getting on my nerves. I have killed everything by six (even in the room above it, where the key drops) and I still can’t rescue him. The big room above three has a red and three green rubbles that I can’t destroy to get the other keys. When I use the googles on the people is their some button I’m supposed to push and do I just destroy the rubble? I need answers.

First put your goggles on. When the blue circle appears in the rubble (make sure your sound is turned on) move your camera around and over the circle until you hear a little blip noise. The camera will look as if its taking a snapshot. After you come out of Goggle Mode, the blue circle will appear on the rubble and you need to destroy the rubble with any hard hitting weapon and the people will come out with a cut-scene.

Rubbles with Red Circles are Traps. Rubbles with Green Circles are items you need, and this is the case for every mission in Phantasy Star Universe.

I cant finish this mission, i’d killed all the monsters but i can only rescue “6″ I cant go to “5″ or “4″ and I cant go get the key because the rubbles are blocking my way, can anyone please tell me a way how to solve this problem?

I think i have a similiar problem as cammy. I can rescue 6 but none of the others because the monsters that drop the keycard dont spawn. WTF!?

I updated this guide so it’s more precise on what exactly you must do.

@Shadow: You need to go to the north of the map from six. There you will see another room and 3 boxes. Destroy the right most rubble using your goggle to select it. After you destroy the rubble the monsters will spawn behind you and the key will appear after you defeat ALL of them.

@Dioscyfo F2P is a great model cause you get to choose what you want to pay for. And when done right, like in the case of PSO2, it doesn’t disturb the core game and adds value to the experience.

@DioScyfo F2P does not equal COMPLETELY FREE. There are services and cosmetic, and helper items that you would have to pay for if you wanted them. Free to play means just that. You get to play for free. Extras = $

Nothing has been decided yet. But I really doubt they’ll organize an CBT 2nd : they have to release the game ASAP, to make people pay. And excepted the lag issue that could be resolved during the OBT,

I remember reading something about another possible closed beta before they did open beta again, did they scratch that or did it already happen?
