Yes, and there will also be a new crystal.
Are there plans for a ★14 Rappy Egg?
Yes, it will drop from Ultra Hard.
Does Arks Mission's [Use one Boost / Food item] cover gathering cuisines?

What do I need to upgrade Evleda Units?

Yes, the successor to Orbit will have T-ATK.

For some of them, but you should basically just aim for their weakpoint cores, since the other areas have a high resistance.
