The following base PAs learned upon creating a new character have changed.
Hunter

Skill Rings Additions
- L / A Wire Mode
- Wired Lance grapple PAs can attack enemies without capturing them.
- L / A Wand E Change
- By having Wand Gear, changes the wand’s attribute to the attribute of the charged technique (excluding support techs).
