PsO and Ps0, Is there a Connection?
Hanguns, Bazookas, Slicers, Double Sabers, and introducing the Gunslash, they're all here!
There are a lot of plot points in Shadow Conspiracy Act 2, but before you can read about them, you have to put up with a very weird mission. Its not that hard to figure out but once in a while it trips you up with it’s instructions telling you to use the goggles to find the survivors.
You see, your doing the right thing using the goggles through the rubble, but your supposed to fight the enemies in the areas first. Here’s the map with the locations of each survivor, counting down from 6 to 1.

The Key to this mission is making the area safe for the Survivors.
First you defeat the enemies in all available areas before you open 6, that includes fighting the monsters in the first room and the room up top. After both these sections are clear, you can use your goggles on the annoying beeping sound that keeps nagging you to death!

Use Your Goggles to Find the Survivors beeping your pager!
You next move onto 5, then head over to 3. Fight more enemies, and don’t forget the top of the room, then use your goggles on 3 and 4 when everything is clear and when you have your key. Go down and head over to 2 after you defeat the enemies in your way including the small room to the right. Use your goggles on 2, then head down to 1.

Fight the enemies in 1’s room, after everything is clear you can use the goggles on 1 and now you completed the mission under the time limit! Congrats you have completed Chapter 4: Act 2!

Curses! SEGA!
Last night, a new secret mission was released onto the Phantasy Star Universe servers. This test mission called " Rare Enemy Check Lv. LINEALINE" featured waves and waves of rare enemies. Players quickly grabbed up all the Rappy Feathers and boards they could get to synth their items. It was actually a debug mission not intended to go live on the normal servers. Due to this glitch, Sega issued a rollback for both Xbox 360 and Ps2 servers to the night before maintenance. No cheap Ultra/Quick for you!

In the latest Dengeki magazine, New Details for Phantasy Star Portable has been announced. Phantasy Star Portable is a game based on Phantasy Star Universe exclusively for Sony Play Station Portable. It features 2 new characters, a whole new story mode that fills in the gaps between Episode 1 and Episode 2. Your antagonist, Helga Neumann is responsible for terrorist attacks across the Gurhal Solar System. You’ll be playing along side Vivienne, a female cast with bunny ears who sort of looks like a happier version of Helga (DUN DUN DUN!).

New Items are Updated Below
Above Mt. Ohtoku is the beautiful Shitenkaku, sitting atop of the Pavillion of Air. There isn’t much to do at Shitenkaku other taking in the scenery and trying out your luck with the Fortune Teller and Offering Box.

The Fortune Teller will tell fortunes for a price! After you pay for your Fortune, she will read fortune cookie text and give you some line about how everything is going your way and how important you are…whatever. Basically she tells you the same crap about what you’d read in horoscopes anyway. This isn’t really her main purpose, actually she is there to alter your luck. She will either upgrade or downgrade your luck depending on the fortune. For example, If you have 3 Star luck, there is no point talking to her because she will lower your luck down. If you have 0 Star Luck, she might bring your luck up a few levels. In Summary talk to her when your Luck Levels are 0 Star and 1 Star, don’t ever talk to her when your luck level is 3 Star. After you payed for your fortune, you can no longer talk to her until the next day.

Your Luck appears next to your character name. The brighter it is the more luck you have.
The Offering Box is a box that you donate your Items to. Now you see, the offering box is like a high class diva, and likes EXPENSIVE BLINGIN’ items. So when you give a gift to the Offering Box, give it your most expensive weapons. Any material, weapon, or armor above 7 stars that sells for a high price in the NPC shops will have a higher chance of getting a prize back. You have an even greater chance of getting a prize back when you donate A Rank and S Rank weapons. But there’s a catch, sometimes you have to donate several expensive products in order to get a prize back. Some people have donated once and got a prize on their first try, while others have to donate several times before they got their prize.

The offering or offertory box likes S and A rank Weapons and Materials
