I wouldn't expect global to get any Japanese/local brand related content, unless its 7-eleven, since its one of the brands known to pso2 and is available worldwide. there is bound to be some segregation when it comes to these type of collabs unless the NA side is going to pay for the rights to use such brands, which is not likely, its rather a case of "can or cant" than "if or not"
I swear to god I better have a quest that's nothing about how amazing instant yakisoba is as a NPC does OoC just to express its prestigious qualities and wanting the ultimate flavor experience.
