Stia Sector Updated

• Mediola Outer Region will receive major changes such as floating islands in the sky and land surfacing above lava areas.
• Enemies will be level 95+ and almost all of them have transformed into Megalotix versions.
• Trials have Side Missions, where each time a Side Mission is cleared a certain number of times, the Gigantix Vardias or Ruine Angele will spawn.
• Complete Title Task by defeating Ruine Angele to earn an N-Special Ability Transfer Pass Voucher.

Stia Sector Updated

• New Rare Trials, including a Trial with Recon Gigants and a Co-op Trial where you'll get a partial M.A.R.S. battery charge up upon completion.
• Additional Up drafters and sky lifters have been placed to fit the terrain changes.
• A new object called Comfort Lily will explode after receiving a certain amount of damage.
• These cause damage to enemies and can inflict Elemental Down damage over a wide area.
• It also restores HP of players in the vicinity after the explosion, and generates an effect that nullifies damage from lava.

Weapon and Armor Upgrade

• The Exchange Shop menu will feature the "Equipment Upgrade (Special Ability Transfer)" which will allow you to upgrade certain equipment without changing the grind level or special abilities.
• The items needed for upgrading can be obtained by defeating level 95+ enemies that appear in Mediola Outer Area 1.
• A limited-time task will be added which can be cleared by upgrading the equipment. Complete it to get an N-Special Ability Transfer Pass Voucher.
• Features that can transfer include:
  • Grind Level
  • Level Cap
  • Special Ability
  • Potential Level
  • Preset Abilities
  • Multi-Weapons
  • Color Variants
• This feature kicks off with the ★11 Exelio weapons.

Level 95 Cap For All Classes

• Techters will receive balance adjustments to the power of Wands as well as how certain actions behave. The effects will be completely redone, and a new class skill will be added.

Various Improvements

• The new Animatica Face will be added to Character Creation and the Salon for more anime-like expressions.
• An additional zoom level will allow you to fully zoom in on the character's face.
• New Setting to the Salon called "Camera Settings When Editing" which allows you to turn off automatic camera tracking when swapping between edit head and edit body and when selecting ornament display settings.
• The number of accessory slots will be expanded from 12 to 18.
• A new platinum ARKS ID Background will be available for players with huge amounts of Titles.
• You can listen to the voice and sound effects of Stamps when viewing them from the prize list or player shop product list via the Sub Menu.
• The SG Shop lineup will now sell the "Multi-Weapon Substitute Series" of items. Normally, another weapon from the same series is required for Multi-Weaponizations. However, this series has the "Weapon Connector" Special Ability that allows it to be used in combination with the selected Base weapon to create a Multi-Weapon. This will make it easier to create Multi-Weapons.

New Build Parts

• The BP: Water Space allows you to swim into the water that you place. You can change the water current by rotating it or by placing it as still water.
• The Evolcoat series and food build parts will also be available.
• Genesis Points can now be earned just by getting close to the GP Tree without having to access it.
• New Limited-Time tasks will be added to gain Genesis Points.

SG Scratch: Refined Form Oct '24

• Contains NGS Spec versions of Kamui Fuubi and Yoshino Tefura.
• Lobby Action: Dance 53+ and (Scratch Bonus) Playing In Leaves.

Mission Pass: NGS Season 37

• Contains Stamps, Accessories, My Shop: 3 Days, etc.
• The lineup will be adjusted to increase the chances of receiving Special Ability capsules.
• PSO2 Unit accessory "Wella Board," and new accessories "Nightmare Tie" and "Pilot Helmet" along with CV of MTN: Dash – Cartwheel will also be available.

Motion Revival Oct'24

• Motion Changes from the past will return, such as MTN: Swim – Surfing and MTN: Idle – Hand on Hip 2.

Limited-Time Event: Halloween '24

• Central City and Region Mags are adorned with Halloween decorations.
• Reaper Rappy, TrickerTreat EmpeRappy and TrickerTreat Great Rappy will haunt the fields.
• Xiemi will be the Seasonal Event navigator. The Seasonal Point Exchange Shop will contain BP: Matsutake Mushroom and ★11 Exelio weapons with +60 Grind Level, 3 Preset EX-Abilities, and Grind Level Cap of +90.
• Halloween '24 SP Scratch Ticket lineup will contain N-EX Cubes and Tech Arts Customizations.
• Limited-Time Tasks will earn you TA Customization Disk X Omni, N-Master Cubes, and Arms Refiner II. Title Tasks will also be available.

Limited-Time Emergency Quest: Haunted Domain III

• The fields are completely revamped with more seasonal ambience.
• Aberrant Mutants can only take damage from specific element attacks.
• Dealing a certain amount of damage to Aberrant Mutants will temporarily remove their special characteristic.
• Element Bullets scattered across the field can be used to change the element setting of Mobile Cannon ECS to unleash a high-powered Charged Blast.

New Special Scratch

• Halloween '24 Special Scratch, which is only available during the event period, will contain ＊Blood Armati, and ＊Curio Ark Sarpent.
• These scratch tickets are available from the Seasonal Point Exchange Shop as well as drops from the Limited-Time Quest.
• After the event is over, some items will be added to the regular SP Scratch lineup but they'll be harder to get.
• PSO2 Country and Fancy Series room items will become Build Parts.
• Various past dark ambience themed items will be available from the Reward Box.

• Cheerleader themed wear and gym clothes.

Neusen Plant Updated

• Contains increased enemy levels and Starless enemies.

• New Starless Boss: Chaos Xaver unleashes powerful attacks similar to Ice or Light element techs.
• Co-Op Trial will charge a certain amount of your M.A.R.S. battery.
• The items for upgrading Ektasis Armor will become available. Try out variants containing upgraded Armor with HP and PP stats.
• Complete new Title Tasks and Limited-Time Tasks to earn the items needed for upgrading your equipment.

AC Scratch: Monster Masquerade '24

• Black-cat theme wear, witch hats, and gothic outfits and robes.
• Lobby Action: Weapon Display Pose 7 and Weapon Display Pose 8

Dext Base Updated

• New Rank added to Dext Base.
• Contains increased enemy levels and Starless enemies.

• New Starless Boss: Hanumad boasts swift, relentless close-range attacks and its moves change significantly throughout the battle.
• The Crimson Realm will alternate between Neusen Plant and Dext Base until 11/6. This will change the atmosphere to a crimson red and Starless enemies become enhanced.
• New Title Tasks and Limited Tasks will target the Crimson Realm.

• Contains preservation items that return weapons or armor used as materials for enhancing Preset Abilities.

Regarding the MEdiola Outer Area 1

They began revitalizing less popular exploration sectors with the region updates announced for NGS Ver.2.

In last year's region update, they added the boss enemy, Tyrant Halvadi Vera to Rwh Maqead, which was lacking in items and enemies for players to aim for. Then for this year's Kvaris update, they added Torch Stands to the Rayjord Gorge, where the low temperature damage made it difficult for players to stay in that sector for long periods of time.

This time for the Stia Region, they wanted to resolve the issue in Mediola Outer Area 1 having a lack of combat elements with enemies aside from Recon Gigants & Malevelant Vardias, where Trials do not activate.

Therefore, they will not only add Trials, but also Side Missions, a low probability of Recon Gigants and Dread Enemies appearing, Megalotix versions of all enemies, the Gigantix version of Ruine Angele, and a whole lot more. These will provide a huge boost to the combat elements available in this sector. Updrafters and Sky Lifters will also be added to improve player movement, since the sector is large and difficult to traverse. On top of that, you'll also receive M.A.R.S. battery boosts after completing certain Trials.

Regarding the ★11 Exelio Weapons & ★10 Ektasis Armor

Items required for upgrading the [Exelio] weapon series will be available from early October, while the items required for upgrading [Ektasis] armor will release mid-October.

The weapons obtained from the upgrade, the ★11 [Duo Selio] series are even more powerful than the [Wingard] weapons.

The ★10 [Dostasis] armor series is unique in that you can choose the upgrade result.

Once the weapons are armor are upgraded, they can no longer be listed in the Player Shop. However, if they weren't upgraded, you can still use them as materials for Preset Ability enhancements and making Multi-Weapons.

These series will be available to be upgraded further in the future. The goal is to have them usable for a longer period of time. More details will be revealed in the next Headline.

We are unable to receive Team Chat Messages when All-Ship MatchMaking is in progress. Is it possible to have a log of these messages like how it's done for group chats?

In line with the implementation of All-Ship Matchmaking, they discovered a critical problem with data storage during advance testing of the chat function. As a result, they are unable to implement log updates for Team Chat messages sent during Matchmaking. Unfortunately, messages sent to the Team Chat can not be verified after matchmaking begins.

Can you allow us to chat while battling against NPCs in Line Strike? We can't respond even if someone greets or talks to us which gives the impression that we are ignoring them.

They are currently working to enable the chat function for players who are engaging in a Line Strike match in an upcoming update for December.

When riding or dismounting from M.A.R.S. the camer's zoom settings are reset, making it inconvenient. Are there plans to fix this?

They plan to implement a fix for the camera zoom settings to prevent them from resetting when players ride or dismount from M.A.R.S. in an early October update.
