Question and Answer Session

There are many types of weather in Stia and it is difficult to know what the current weather is. Could you improve it for clarity?

As you pointed out we recognize that two of the 5 types of weather in Stia, scorching and inferno, are particularly difficulty to distinguish from one another. So we are planning to improve the ingame display to show an icon representing the current weather conditions. This will not be limited to just the Stia region, but it will only be for weather conditions that are important to know. This improvement will allow players to know what the weather is like outside even when they are in the City or at Camp. We hope you will take advantage of this information as a guide for Gigantix Suppression.

Would it be possible to have a chat command
to turn the character's face towards the camera?

In response to your request; we are planning to implement a chat command in the future that will allow the characters face to look at the camera while performing Emotes or Idle Motions.

It bothers me to see other player characters appear in lower fidelity graphics compared to my own. Could this be improved?

The current specifications are designed as a measure to reduce the processing load in the game. However, in response to the many requests we received on this issue we are planning to implement the feature that will allow users to choose to display the graphics of other player characters in the same fidelity as their own on the option screen. This will be available only on the PC version, however please note that the game may run slower when using this feature, depending your PC specs and the content being displayed.

It looks like the prizes of the regular are updated less frequently. Could you please increase how often they are updated a bit?

First let us explain the specifications of Special Scratch Tickets; several months after a given Limited Time Scratch Ticket release period has finished, we redistribute some of the prizes as regular Special Scratch Ticket prizes. We plan to increase the release frequency of Limited Time Scratch Ticket in a future release schedule and so we expect the update frequency of the regular Special Scratch Tickets to increase as well.

Regarding the Creative Space, It seems that other players will be able to make edits. Will it be possible for me to put some kind of restriction in place if I don't want edits to be made?

We plan to implement a function to allow players to grant editing permissions to other players in the Creative Space. Authorized players will be free to edit the Space as they wish, players without editing permission ma visit the Space but won't be able to place or remove objects. In addition, the objects that authorized players may place will be limited to what's in possession of the owner of that particular Space.

  1. I legit didn't expect the creation space to turn into a full-blown Minecraft.
The Modish Winter scratch list is really great, too.

    YES PLEASE THANK YOU!

  2. Where do I post a question to the dev team? 😮 Is that a thing only allowable if we live in Japan and speak Japanese? Would love to ask them to implement lock-on switch features for automatically targeting a new enemy within the camera's scope after defeating an enemy that has been locked-on to, as opposed to the lock-on targeting just abruptly turning off each and every time your target dies.

  3. I was blown away on this headline.

I have been wanting some cool-looking cast parts for T2 and this Modish Winter scratch is not disappointing.

The real thing that blew me away is how the Creative Space is much more than I expected. I certainly wasn't expecting a PSO2 NGS Minecraft. I extremely hope the monetization doesn't outright murder the creative potential of this new tool. The personal space on pso2 was extremely restrictive. Even with premium, the point limit was too small. But I assume that was more on technical limitations at the time.

If PSO2 is any indication I imagine they will again monetize upper-cost limits to premium meanwhile leaving the cost limit for free players enough for a small house rather than a city. Hopefully, just like in an NGS, there is a pass available by trading items or in the mission pass that allows the use of upper limits without premium like in PSO2 Classic.

But really wish the personal space limits aren't based on premium and instead monetize something like blueprint pages like in the case of Looks for fashion. They'll already be monetizing the building blocks after all for sure.
