Leciel Exploration: Renewal
A new progression style quest will be taking over Leciel Exploration. Join with up to 8 players to take on a quest whose sector patterns and spawning enemies change daily. Clear a sector to select one Player Ability Buff from a randomized assortment of buffs.
New Rarity Type
Introducing Legendary, a new rarity different from what we've seen so far. The "Leges/Legendios" series gains "stock" when sheathed which gets consumed with attacks. This causes an area of effect that supports party members and deals extra attacks.
New ★12 Weapon
The new ★12 Claudim Weapon series raises critical rate and damage resistance. It can also reduce PP consumption and make it easier to Down enemies.
New EX Abilities & Braver Adjustments
Braver is up next with a slew of balance adjustments. Both Katana and Bullet Bows will have spectacular effects, and a new class that strengthens PAs a certain number of times after Brave Combat.
With the addition of the Claudim series comes 5 new EX Special Abilities as well as stronger versions of existing EX Abilities. But that's not all, they are also introducing Abilities that are more effective when combined with the current EX Abilities.
EX Shortage PP Save II H / EX Shortage PP Preservation II H
- Power +5.5%, Power Floor Increase +2%, HP +25
- PP Consumption -20% for 20 secs when PP is at 50% or lower (10 sec cooldown)
EX Consume PP Onslaught II H
- Power +5.5%, Power Floor Increase +2%, HP +25
- PP Consumption +20%
- Power + 1% when PP is at 50% or lower.
EX Critical Follow II H
- Power +5.5%, Power Floor Increase +2%, HP +25
- Additional attack on normal attack, additional attack treated as normal attack, definite Critical Hit (1 sec Cooldown)
EX Critical Enliven II H
- Power +5.25%, Power Floor Increase +2%, HP +25
- Power + 1% for 30 secs upon Critical Hit with a normal attack. This effect does not stack.
EX Tri-Shield Follow II H
- Power +5.5%, Power Floor Increase +2%, HP +25
- HP Recovery +10%
- Damage Resistance +5%
- Shorten EX Tri-Shield cooldown to 90 secs
New Line Strike Cards
The fourth wave of cards will feature characters that appeared in previous Phantasy Star Series, including PSO and PSZero. Expect to see new cards that specialize in the characteristics of each element, and cards that bring new strategies.
- Fully Prepared: Increases the Attack value by x2 the number of cards in your hand.
- Trace: When a movement effect targeting you is activated, place a message pack in the original location of movement.
- Rescue: When you summon this card through "Overwrite Summon" it reduces the PP cost by 1.
- Support: Increases the target Allies' attack at the start of a turn.
- Explosion: Deal 1 point of damage to each other's bases in the same column it is in when the Base attack begins.
- Isolation: Decreases the target allies' Attack by up to 3. Increases the Attack value by the amount decreased.
- Spirited Strike: Increases the card's Attack value by 12, but on the next turn, it decreases the attack value by 12.
The lineup of the additional card scratch has been updated, In addition, they added direct trades for the 3rd wave of cards along with Mats and Sleeves that use box art of previous Phantasy Star games.
Two Starter Decks that focus on the 4th wave of cards have been added to the AC Shop.
Further Improvements
Locked and equipped items will show grayed out at the Item Exchange Shop. This will help prevent accidentally selecting a different item with the same name when performing Equipment Upgrades.
Adjusted the sorting of items that display in the reward list when clearing a quest. Featured Drop Items are given priority regardless of rarity making it easier to see Special Ability Capsules and valuable items on the rewards screen.
New Build Parts include the ＊Serpent Almati and food themed Mitarashi Dango and Tri-Color Dango.
AC Scratch: Worker's Ensemble
Suit up in iconic nurse and police uniforms, along with variations of lab coats in the Worker's Ensemble AC Scratch.

Two Revival Scratches
The first revival scratch, Super Origin Revival, features [Nadeshiko Long] and [Taiso Hair] and [N-Pure Maid Dress [Se]] showcased in the festival's key visual artwork. The first draw of this scratch is FREE!
Say farewell to Popona as she has graduated from PSO2: NGS on March 31st. To commemorate her graduation, the Popona Memories scratch will contain PSO2 and NGS spec costumes of Popona's outfits. The first draw is free and a brand-new sticker will be available as a Scratch bonus.

Limited Quest: Drill: Naval Escort
Drill: Naval Escort allows up to 8 players to join forces to defend the Transport Truck from bosses appearing one after the other. Success hinges on distracting the bosses' attention away from the truck.
Nijansi Collab
Virtual Livers: Ars Almal, Debidebi Debiru, Nui Sociere, and Rindou Mikoto will be coming to PSO2 NGS. Log into the game during the campaign period to receive login bonuses such as stickers and Build Parts.
AC: Virtual Livers Style '25
Dress up as Virtual Livers: Ars Almal, Debidebi Debiru, Nui Sociere, and Rindou Mikoto. There'll be a weapon camo based on the Livers and body pillows. Arks Cards, Vital Gauges, a Debidebi Debiru Mag Form, and Ars Almal cushion Build Part will also be available.
Revival Scratch: PSO2 Memories Apr'25
Avatar items from PSO2 Classic are returning in this revival scratch. Draw the scratch 15 times to receive a Scratch Ticket Slip and you can acquire [PR Pose 3].

Super Origin Festival '25
The Super Origin Festvial kicks off with a slew of campaigns and events to celebrate the 4th anniversary of PSO2 NGS. Central City and Region Mags will be decorated for the festivities and anniversary themed rappies will appear all throughout Halpha.
Hosting the event is Xiemi in her "Elf" themed attire. Check out the Seasonal Point Exchange shop for items such as the backpack and satchel Build Parts, a Central City Cannon head mount accessory, Special Ability Capsules for Duel Quests and more!

The SG Scratch: Halpha Festival Apr '25 will have items useful for Preset Ability enhancement along with Preset Ability Item Protection/Lv.3. You can also get Pharia's new hairstyle featured on the festival's key visual.
Emergency Quest: The Second Battle of Lake Halphiria
The Second Battle of Lake Halphiria has leveled up! Take on Dark Falz Aegis once again with up to 8 players.
Play this quest for the chance to receive the ★12 Twel series and the special ability [C/Eigel Scepter]. This special ability is required to create the powerful [C/Mascis Gigas Maesti] (PP +4 / Power +4.75). However, you can get [C/Mascis Gigas Maesti] as a direct drop as well.
Limited Quest Daily Swap
[Nex Vera Subjugation V.3] & [Tundra Clean-Up] are two Limited Quests that swap with each other on a daily basis. Expect a relaxed difficulty since there will be no Gigantix appearing at the end.
AC Scratch: Remix Line Apr '25
Touryuusen & Lune Noctorna return as remixed versions in this AC Scratch. The scratch count bonus will have PSO2 spec [Xiao Hair 2] and special ability [C/Mascis Halphiniria S].
