The Right side bar is optional and is just some artistic graphic which serves no purpose. You can also try lowering the opacity when your done if you’d like to write white text over it. To create this line design you’ll need to use the pen tool. Its alot easier than using rectangles because you can change the angle without destroying the nodes. After your done you can consult the caution bars tutorial for the effect in the final image.

1. Create a large blue rectangle. Change the properties to: Stroke: Unchecked; Fill: Checked; Gradient is Linear; Color is #0f80ff to #2db3f; Angle 0, Repeat 0.

2. Click on the Object Selection Tool (O) to select the rectangle. Immediately click on the Pen Tool (V), then click on the bottom right corner edge and drag the sides to the left. This will create a curve on each edge of the rectangle.

3. Add some white text if you want with the Text Tool (T). Also create a dotted line using the Pen Tool. Stroke: Checked (Color White). Fill: Unchecked. Line Style: Diamond/Dot. Anti-Aliasing: ON. Width: 2. Draw a line below the text.

4. Create a new vector layer, and create another line of considerable length so that when tilted on an angle, it goes straight through the blue rectangle. Change the Line’s stroke width to 39, Anti-Aliashive034.jpg should be On. Change the Angle of this line by clicking on the Object Selection Tool (O). Click and HOLD at the point where the mouse cursor displays a rotation for that line. Move the mouse pointer up while holding Shift. You’ll also create 4 other lines just like this. The top most one has the stroke width of 5. The Second will be your 39 width line. The next one will be in a line style of diamond or stroke. The forth one will have a width of 16. All of these lines will have the same angle.

 5. Add Small circles on the top line by using the eclipse tool (Q). Add some small circles to the bottom line. Add any other decorations you want.
