It doesn't effect me too much but I've done some research. It may help to re-install java or your internet server. That may work. It is the only IM we are able to sneak through. Though occasionally a totally new version will show up and work but then it's like they take that one down and put up the old crappy one again. I googled the problem was told to go to tools, internet options, advanced, and check the box to disable the debugging script and uncheck the box about receiving a notification everytime a error message is sent.
