PSO2 JP: Patch (10/31/2012)
Phantasy Star Online 2 requires an update in order to continue playing the game. When you open the launcher, the game will automatically update both the game and launcher if necessary.
Launcher is Currently
- Version 01.03.04
Client Update
- ver.1.0102.4
- Windows Administrator Permissions Fix by Third Twin and DarK-SuN
Patch Size
- 15MB
(If you are installing the game for the first time, you will have to download an update which requires 2.3GBs of free space.)
Patch notes
- Added countermeasures to lighten the load during My Shop search.
- Added countermeasures to prevent the use of cheating tools

Um, each time I try to update the launcher, at file #7579
it stops and I get a message. I tried restarting it and it won't work. Am I doing something wrong, or…? e.e

I'm guessing that the Windows Admin. Permissions fix is required, but we will have to wait for either Dark-Sun or manta to link the version for the newest patch.

Or you guys could just learn how to fix permissions yourself, it's pathetically simple.

I have no idea how to do it mainly because I never had to use those kind of fixes.

you can use the RappyPerms (http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?djtud925fs8q277) to fix easily your permission

y'know, for as many games as have searchable auction house things, I'm left to wonder what exact sega's done wrong that they're getting so much load from shop search. so much that they can't implement a partial search function.

For real, PSO2 life would be so much easier if I didn't have to make sure I wrote the entire name correctly. Clothes is the real headache. For most clothes, each color is a different name so just typing the general name of the clothes you're looking for isn't enough. Super headache.

being able to to just use the name of the style of outfit, or leave off the arm/ leg/ rear/ on units, even if you have to be in the category already, would be handy.
