It happens randomly after a normal nanoblast, assuming you have either Gavri Val (gold nanoblast) or Zavn Val (silver nanoblast) although it seems more likely to happen if you inflict a lot of damage on a single enemy without beating it. Almost all of my berserk moments have been during bosses.

A Nanoblast can be obtained at the Salon where you change your physical appearance (if you’re a Beast). And the Guardian Colony is inaccessable to you in this game (you’re not a Guardian any more, and work for Little Wing of SkyClad now). Clad 6 is your Guardian Colony for PSPo2

Yes I notice that too. The Psuchronicle version sounds rehearsal-ish or maybe they enhanced her voice in the official one .
