Flowery Pursuit: Cherry Blossoms and Machines
brought together
into one Neudaiz mission!

Its your Motherbrain and she’s mad that you didn’t wash the dishes!
Motherbrain is back for a new purpose and a new goal. She’s been infected by the seed and its up to you to purify her. Motherbrain is pretty much the same as Dulk Fakis in pretty much everything, with a few minor differences.
Her mainly annoying action is to put shields up. During this time if your in a large party, this won’t be much of a problem. Your party can just keep blasting at her sheilds while someone is there to heal you. However in a 1-2 person party this will be problematic as most of your attacks hit 0. During this time its best to wait for her arms to come down, back away before they slam on top of you, then attack her arms directly. When her arms moves towards you, face forward and try not to turn your back against it. We’ll explain in more detail later on why you should do that.

Her other attack is the blueish purple gas that comes up most of the time when she has her sheilds up. You should again face forward and keep running forward when this gas pushes you back.
When her shields are down, you have a limited time to attack at her face. Listen for the vocal and sound effect cues that tell you when she’s about to put her machine gun and blast you to peices. Its easily avoidable if you pay attention to a white ring on the ground. However if your constantly dodging her machine gun attacks you won’t have any time to even hit her.
So why should you face forward during her attack? Leo yells, "From Behind!" for a reason. If your back is facing her arm, she will have a higher chance of critical damage against you. If you face forward, you will have a higher chance of dodging her attacks, thus you’ll be able to do the Just Counter. For her arm, I would suggest to stay away from it when she’s about to push you back since you won’t be dodging her attacks all the time, but if you get stuck in the situation where your pressed against her arms, just face forward. For her purple gas, I always recommend staying forward because this is her most easily dodgeable attack.
There are a lot of plot points in Shadow Conspiracy Act 2, but before you can read about them, you have to put up with a very weird mission. Its not that hard to figure out but once in a while it trips you up with it’s instructions telling you to use the goggles to find the survivors.
You see, your doing the right thing using the goggles through the rubble, but your supposed to fight the enemies in the areas first. Here’s the map with the locations of each survivor, counting down from 6 to 1.

The Key to this mission is making the area safe for the Survivors.
First you defeat the enemies in all available areas before you open 6, that includes fighting the monsters in the first room and the room up top. After both these sections are clear, you can use your goggles on the annoying beeping sound that keeps nagging you to death!

Use Your Goggles to Find the Survivors beeping your pager!
You next move onto 5, then head over to 3. Fight more enemies, and don’t forget the top of the room, then use your goggles on 3 and 4 when everything is clear and when you have your key. Go down and head over to 2 after you defeat the enemies in your way including the small room to the right. Use your goggles on 2, then head down to 1.

Fight the enemies in 1’s room, after everything is clear you can use the goggles on 1 and now you completed the mission under the time limit! Congrats you have completed Chapter 4: Act 2!

Curses! SEGA!
Last night, a new secret mission was released onto the Phantasy Star Universe servers. This test mission called " Rare Enemy Check Lv. LINEALINE" featured waves and waves of rare enemies. Players quickly grabbed up all the Rappy Feathers and boards they could get to synth their items. It was actually a debug mission not intended to go live on the normal servers. Due to this glitch, Sega issued a rollback for both Xbox 360 and Ps2 servers to the night before maintenance. No cheap Ultra/Quick for you!

In the latest Dengeki magazine, New Details for Phantasy Star Portable has been announced. Phantasy Star Portable is a game based on Phantasy Star Universe exclusively for Sony Play Station Portable. It features 2 new characters, a whole new story mode that fills in the gaps between Episode 1 and Episode 2. Your antagonist, Helga Neumann is responsible for terrorist attacks across the Gurhal Solar System. You’ll be playing along side Vivienne, a female cast with bunny ears who sort of looks like a happier version of Helga (DUN DUN DUN!).
