mypictr is an avatar maker designed to quickly crop your picture for various sites and services.  To get started, Browse and Upload your picture. Select a Network or create your own custom size. Click pictrit and your done. This service is great for online avatars, buddy icons, and forums, when you don’t have access to Photoshop. I believe with some more robust features, mypictr can be the source of a well balanced lightweight application that gets the job done in a snap.
